Foot Reflexology

🌿What to expect during your foot reflexology treatment

Your first foot reflexology appointment will take up to 1 hour 20 minutes to include a full consultation. Follow-up sessions last around one hour.  Enjoy a relaxing foot soak before your treatment as an optional extra.

You’ll simply remove your footwear and be made comfortable on the couch, with a heated mat and cosy blankets to help you relax fully throughout your treatment.  After I have gently cleansed your feet,  we’ll begin with a warm-up massage and calming deep breathing to help you unwind. I use calendula powder, a smooth and natural product, to work comfortably across the feet. In cooler months, I use warm towels to cover the feet when I am not working on them.

Your treatment will end with a soothing foot massage using natural balms or oils, followed by more deep breathing and time to relax. A glass of water will be offered to support hydration and help your body rebalance naturally.

🌿Why drink water after reflexology?
Reflexology helps stimulate circulation and the body’s natural healing processes. Drinking water after your treatment helps flush out toxins, supports rebalancing, and keeps you feeling refreshed and energised. Staying hydrated also helps reduce any mild side effects, like tiredness or headaches.  It is important to continue to stay hydrated for the remainder of the day.

🌿I highly recommend a course of six treatments to experience the full benefits of reflexology
When working with my case study clients, I found that having the first two sessions close together followed by regular treatments brought clear and lasting improvements to their wellbeing, my case study clients are still working with me today.

To support you on your wellness journey, I’ve created a special package: six sessions for the price of five.
